Walking in SA

River Torrens linear trail
This 30+km trail follows the River Torrens from the Adelaide foothills to the sea. It is an easy trail with gentle rises and extended shallow falls along the lenth of the concrete walking path. The scenery is mostly mown flood plains, a meandering stream and the edges of housing. along the way. The Obahn bus route travels alongside parts of it and this allows you to return to your starting point in some places.
